The Head of Cyber Defense & Resilience will lead the organization’s cyber protection agenda, combining preventive security, incident readiness, and long-term resilience planning.
Your scope:
- Define and implement the enterprise cyber defense strategy
- Lead security operations, threat response, and resilience planning
- Strengthen governance, policies, and control frameworks
- Partner with technology and business leaders on critical risk priorities
- Build a pragmatic, business-oriented security culture
Your profile:
- Several years of senior experience in cyber security leadership
- Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, and risk frameworks
- Ability to balance technical credibility with executive communication
- Experience in regulated or complex multi-entity environments is an advantage
- Fluent in English; German is beneficial
