Your scope:

- Lead the development and execution of scalable, secure, and resilient network architectures to support critical energy operations, optimizing uptime and performance for mission-critical systems.
- Direct cross-functional teams in the deployment and management of IT infrastructure projects, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration to integrate renewable energy technologies and smart grid solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry-specific cybersecurity standards and environmental regulations, implementing risk mitigation strategies grounded in best practices and empirical assessments.
- Drive innovation in infrastructure management by leveraging data analytics and emerging technologies, contributing to sector-specific advancements through strategic partnerships and thought leadership.
Your profile:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, with preference for candidates possessing postgraduate qualifications or equivalent expertise.
- Extensive professional experience, ideally exceeding ten years, in IT infrastructure leadership roles within the energy sector, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, high-availability systems.
- In-depth knowledge of energy-specific IT frameworks, including SCADA systems, IoT integration, and cybersecurity protocols, substantiated by relevant certifications or contributions to industry standards.
- Exceptional leadership and project management skills, demonstrated through successful team development, stakeholder engagement, and the execution of complex infrastructure initiatives.
- Outstanding communication abilities, enabling the translation of technical infrastructure concepts into strategic insights for diverse audiences, supported by a commitment to academic rigor and clarity.
