Your scope:
- The role involves developing and implementing comprehensive cloud security strategies, policies, and procedures designed for multi-cloud and SaaS environments, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. It requires the evaluation, integration, and management of advanced security tools and technologies tailored to cloud ecosystems, as well as the secure configuration, deployment, and ongoing management of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Close collaboration with IT, Information Security teams, and cloud service providers is essential to ensure that security policies are fully aligned with business objectives and reflect best practices. The position also encompasses conducting thorough cloud security assessments and penetration testing to proactively identify and address potential vulnerabilities. In the event of security incidents, the role demands effective response and coordination with the Security Operations Center (SOC) and Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT).
- Continuous monitoring of cloud environments to detect vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and emerging threats is a critical responsibility, along with managing identity and access controls, data encryption, and secure connectivity within all cloud platforms.
Your profile:
- Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field. A minimum of five years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including at least three years in a leadership capacity, is expected. Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are highly desirable, along with cloud certifications in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- A strong capability in managing cloud security posture across multi-tenant and multi-cloud environments is required, coupled with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. The role also demands effective stakeholder management, solid project management skills, and a readiness to undertake global travel as needed.
- Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in German and French is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud security concepts and principles, including the shared responsibility model. Expertise in cloud security tools and technologies, such as Cloud Security Posture Management and Cloud Access Security Brokers, is important, as is hands-on experience with major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
