Our service portfolio includes the recr uitment of executives for permanent positions (Executive Search) as well as the placement of board members and advisors. Additionally , our offerings are complemented by consulting services in organizational and leadership development within the Consulting & Leadership Advisory divisions.

Responsibilities

You will represent Hertlein & Rouane, impressing our clients by filling high-level positions at well-known brands and hidden champions on the first and second management levels..

You will manage our existing clients and your new clients, working closely with the top management of our clients and developing synergies with our other business and industry sectors based on client requests.

Through your structured, targeted, and professional approach, you will acquire new clients and expand your network at key industry events and platforms.

Based on your market observations, you will develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, and fully capitalize on them.

You will manage the recruitment process for our international mandates as well.

You will work hand in hand with our Talent Acquisition Specialists, from client acquisition to final placement, utilizing clear processes and methods based on over 15 years of experience.

To achieve growth goals, you will develop innovative ideas and strategies within your area of responsibility.

Profile

You have at least 10 years of experience in (Key) Account Management or a sales role in a leading executive search firm

You have strong process management skills in the successful handling of demanding mandates.

Sales, client management, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are your passion.

A professional and representative demeanor is your hallmark, earning you recognition and respect from clients at the top level as a partner, advisor, and solution provider

Fluent in both German and English.​

Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
