Our client is a globally active, family-run company in the software solutions sector, employing around 1,000 people. This role has been created as part of a succession plan to strengthen the Swiss headquarters and international subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the executive management, you will take on a central role in shaping and implementing strategic HR initiatives designed to sustainably support the company’s growth and development. The company fosters a high degree of autonomy in the workplace. Your Responsibilities

In close collaboration with the CEO and CFO, you will further develop the company’s international HR strategy. Together, you will define and prioritize action areas, creating a roadmap that will be implemented step by step.

Leading and managing the Human Resources function in Switzerland and across international subsidiaries, with a focus on supporting company objectives through strategic HR measures, including recruitment and talent development.

Developing and implementing HR strategies to establish a high-performing HR organization.

Leading international transformation and change projects to optimize HR processes, organizational structures, and leadership practices.

Promoting a digital, data-driven HR organization by implementing modern HR tools and leveraging data analytics for informed decision-making.

Implementing strategies for personnel marketing, employer branding, and talent management to strengthen the employer brand and enhance employee collaboration and productivity.

Contributing to the design of compensation systems within the subsidiaries.

Serving as a strategic business partner to the executive management team.

Your Profile

Extensive experience in senior HR roles, particularly within international SMEs.

A degree in business administration or psychology with a focus on HR (HF/FH/University) or advanced training in HR management.

Deep understanding of the formal and informal structures within international SMEs.

Strong affinity for technological topics.

Fluent in both German and English.

Willingness to travel internationally on a regular basis
